Anxiety Therapy in Los Angeles

Anxiety therapy for thoughtful, high-functioning adults ready to feel calmer, set boundaries, and get out of their head.

Serving California Residents

If you appear capable on the outside but feel overwhelmed or exhausted inside, you’re not alone.

From the outside, you seem capable and put together. But internally, your mind rarely slows down. You may find yourself overthinking decisions, struggling to set boundaries, or feeling responsible for everyone else’s needs while your own come last.

Many of my clients are creatives, helping professionals, and entrepreneurs seeking relief from anxiety, burnout, and emotional overwhelm.

If you are ready to trade the hustle for sustainable brilliance, you are in the right place.

The High-Functioning Paradox

In a city like Los Angeles, we are taught that "more" is the only answer. But for the modern leader, the cost of "having it all" is often an internal sense of depletion. I specialize in helping LA’s architects of change—the founders, the healers, and the visionaries—reclaim the peace they’ve sacrificed for their performance.

I help you navigate:

  • The Imposter Syndrome Trap: Bridging the gap between your external wins and your internal worth.

  • The Burnout Loop: Moving from "surviving the week" back into your creative flow.

  • The People-Pleasing Tax: Learning to lead with boundaries rather than apologies.

  • The Relational Drift: Repairing partnerships that have been sidelined by high-stakes careers.

How Therapy Can Help

I provide a space where you don't have to be "on." Using a blend of clinical expertise and results-oriented strategy, my Los Angeles-based practice focuses on three core areas:

  • Anxiety & Overthinking
